This notice explains what we collect on letmochi.com, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the early-access waitlist and the contact form. It does not yet cover the Mochi app, which will have its own notice at launch.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address; the Mochi look you built, if you saved one; which form you used; campaign tags from the link you followed (UTM parameters), if any; and the time you agreed to be contacted, together with the version of the wording you saw.
• Contact form: the topic you picked, your name, your email address and your message.
• Abuse protection: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. [CONFIRM: retention of rate-limit records]

Why we use it

We use your email only to tell you when your early-access spot opens, and to answer your message if you contact us. The consent you give on the waitlist forms reads: "No spam. Unsubscribe anytime." [CONFIRM: legal basis, e.g. consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)]

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We use service providers to host this site and store waitlist sign-ups: [CONFIRM: e.g. Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database)], under data processing agreements. [CONFIRM: international transfers and safeguards]

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until early access opens for you or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. [CONFIRM: retention periods]
